High costs leave little choice

I am a Diabetic and skip insulin injections because I can’t afford them. I take 70 units twice a day, early morning and late evening of Humulin N and 15 to 18 units of Humulin R with each meal. Now my Medicare is charging me a $200 deductible before I pay my co-pay for my first script each year. Where do I go now? I’m only making $20,000 a year on Social Security. I haven’t mentioned the other 8 prescription drugs I take every day.
